I have been a regular customer, mostly ordering online, and occasionally visiting the store on weekends, usually at night, to pick up takeaway parcels. Last Friday evening, I visited the store with my 3-month-old kitten. Before entering, I specifically looked for any sign stating that pets were not allowed but couldn’t find one. Assuming it was fine, I entered with my pet. To my surprise, the store manager abruptly raised his hand toward the gate and shouted “Go away, go away!” without even giving us a chance to ask if pets were permitted. I found this behavior very rude and unprofessional. I even told him politely that if pets were not allowed, I would understand and keep her outside—but the way he addressed us was simply not acceptable. As a loyal customer, I expected more courtesy. I am sharing this review not just because of my personal experience but to highlight the need for proper signage. If pets are not allowed, a clear notice at the entrance would avoid such situations in the future. Being such a reputed brand, I believe this small step would go a long way in ensuring a better experience for all customers. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
