Disappointing experience with the walnut brownie from the Besant Nagar branch. It was infested with fungus, which was unacceptable. I've filed a formal complaint and hope they'll take necessary actions to improve their quality control. Food: 1

We ordered 8 different dessert and they delivered 7. I was asked to take photos, send location, still they didnt bother sending the 8th dessert( chocolate mousse jar). It was embarrassing when you have guests and you fall short by one ( despite paying!. )Terrible service. Never again will i order from this shop. Service: Delivery Service: 1

Ordered in via Swiggy. 5 star for packing unfortunately for everything other than pastry, it is just 1 star. Will recommend only for pastry. Sandwich is not prepared with the appropriate bread however filling is good. Quiche is way too cheesy and strangely super spicy. Food: 3
