I recently purchased three slices of cake from this cafe to share with guests, excited by how delicious they looked in the display case. Unfortunately, upon unpacking them at home, I discovered that all three pieces had been placed upside down in the containers, completely ruining their presentation—the icing was smudged, and the decorations were a mess. It was so embarrassing that I couldn't bring myself to serve them as intended and had to scramble for alternatives last minute. The cakes might taste great, but the careless packaging turned a special treat into a disappointment. Please take more care with how you pack items for customers—presentation matters! I'd hesitate to return until that's addressed. 2/5 stars.
