They are worst. Person on Customer support executive side tried to prove me wrong, whereas it was the mistake of an employee at an outlet. Never ever suggest to visit. Service: 1

Pathetic. Just witnessed one of the pathetic food chain ever. Receiving a wrong product in exchange of what is ordered. Worst customer service too, they just don’t know how to talk with a customer. There are many bakery in peer to it, more finely and more customer supportive alternate to it, just avoid this outlet of Theobroma at CG Road, completely avoid it. Service: 1
