Worst Experience – Not Worth the Money! Had a horrible experience at Themis Barbecue House, Ambala. The food was completely tasteless, and several snacks were not available. The kulfi wasn’t frozen, the ice cream roller machine wasn’t working, and jalebis were not even ready—what kind of buffet is this? The service was painfully slow and unprofessional. Despite booking a buffet, we had to ask multiple times for different snacks, and yet, the staff made no effort to serve properly. On top of that, despite informing them about my birthday, they did not even acknowledge it or offer a birthday cake, which is supposed to be part of their service. We paid ₹12,000, which was an absolute waste for such a terrible experience. Highly disappointed and would never recommend this place! Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

An absolutely fantastic experience! The ambiance is stunning, with luxurious interiors and a welcoming atmosphere. The staff were incredibly polite and attentive, ensuring every detail was taken care of. The food was a highlight— delicious, fresh, and beautifully presented. Overall, Themis exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend!
