I had ordered a cake for 27th Aug with a special secret message. Unfortunately, the cake was delivered on 26th, a day earlier- no proper apology was made , she was in a hurry to deliver other cakes and couldn’t wait for 30 minutes more as i was not there at the delivery location, besides she insisted me to take cake on the other day, which literally meant a 24 hours old cake instead of a fresh one , So i planned a pick up from her location , which really troubled a lot , and all plans went wrong . This completely spoiled the surprise I had planned. The only saving point was that the cake tasted good, but the purpose of the order was lost. Very disappointed with the service and attention to detail."
