Like a nutritional oasis amidst the Pushkar dessert and mountains, Veena and her husband Maurelio provide refuge to those seeking healthy, intentional, home-cooked meals. The vastly international and fascinating background story of this family-owned and run restaurant has led to a menu with creative fusions between Indian cuisine and nods to their previous homes across the globe. Conveniently located next to a gym, they also offer a delicious ‘high-protein’ thali for those looking to replenish after a workout. A great spot, run by lovely people.
