The roots resto & bar is pretty near Banjhakri Water Falls. Clients don't like chicken at this restaurant. From the guests' viewpoint, the staff is rude here. In spite of the popularity among customers, the weak side of The roots resto & bar is its downscale service. In accordance with the reviewers' opinions, atmosphere is bad here. This place hasn't got a high rating from Google users.

High handed staff behaviour. Very impolite and unable to manage guests and food service. Total apathy to need of tourists. Rather arrange your own food from someplace else. Issue is likely your tour car ride gets a commission from them and suggests you this place for its good location within the waterfall park area. But for the sheer pathetic experience I would highly recommend to avoid. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: ₹400–600 Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4

The food quality wasn't upto the mark. Portion was too little. Service was way too slow. We were made to wait for around 1 hour for very basics of the items. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: ₹400–600 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4
