We have been visiting Postman kitchen in Indirapuram for more than a year. Everything was very good but for past 2-3 months the staff has changed and so has the quality and presentation of food. Yesterday we went ordered veg malai chaap and achari paneer tikka. Both were below average. Paneer was cold undercooked plain small chunks served without any capsicum tomato or diced onions and when we told them it’s not charcoaled properly but cold too, they heated in microwave. After again complaining with the cashier, he got offended and bit rude saying aise hi aata hai paneer. I request the owners to train the staff in kitchen and front desk not to ruin their clientele because of their inability. The whole market offers better food and services than the Postman kitchen so they need to maintain their quality.
