Just okay food, quite expensive for the taste as well as portion size. Service was also not upto the mark, the servers were very rude and not willing to answer simple questions. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₹400–600 Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

This restaurant fails to capture the welcoming spirit typically associated with Himachali hospitality. The service was disappointingly unprofessional, with staff appearing disinterested and only responding after multiple calls. Not only was the service slow, but the timing was also inconsistent - bread arrived after the soups, disrupting the natural flow of the meal. The pricing seemed unjustified given the quality of food, which did not meet expectations. Most egregiously, the staff's behavior regarding drinking water was both unethical and potentially illegal. When requested for drinking water, the owner/ server brazenly refused and insisted that we purchase bottled water - a practice that directly contradicts a Supreme Court judgment mandating restaurants to provide drinking water free of charge. This approach not only demonstrates a lack of customer care but also shows environmental insensitivity in a pristine mountain location like Dharamkot, Himachal, where ecological considerations are paramount. The restaurant's management appears more focused on extracting additional revenue than providing basic hospitality and respecting both customer rights and environmental responsibilities. Travelers would be better served seeking out dining establishments that prioritize customer experience, respect, and genuine hospitality. Avoid this one if you’re looking for basic hospitality.
