Last night, I visited Hungry Bird Cafeteria with the hope of enjoying a good shawarma roll, but unfortunately, my experience turned out to be quite disappointing. Ambience & Cleanliness: The interior was just average. There was a basic sofa setup to sit on, but the shop seriously lacks proper ventilation. Due to a fan running inside, smoke from a nearby bhatti (grill) outside kept blowing into the shop, making it uncomfortable. My eyes started burning, and the heat inside was unbearable. It felt suffocating and far from a pleasant environment to sit and eat. Food Quality: I ordered the chicken shawarma in rumali roti, it was just about okay. But when I tried the lachha paratha shawarma, the experience worsened. The paratha wasn’t baked properly, had no oil, and tasted dry and bland. It was like eating plain maida without any flavor. The grill chicken used in the shawarma was undercooked it felt more like boiled chicken with some artificial color and no real taste. Service & Attitude: When I inquired about the food, the owner seemed clueless and unprepared. It felt like there was no seriousness in serving quality food. The only thing keeping the shop running seemed to be a few kids coming in for instant noodles and cold drinks. Final Verdict: Overall, my experience was very disappointing. The quality of food, hygiene, atmosphere, and customer service were far below expectations. I wouldn’t recommend this place unless they make serious improvements. The shop named the hungry bird cafeteria is very good and located in sailani market. But during the Eid days it is mostly closed and I visited this place several times as I live in another City. You can go here the person who takes order is very good and owner is also very good the shawarma here is the best thing that you can purchase it is the best shawarma shop so you can definitely go for it. I am giving 3 stars because it is mostly closed on festival days. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₹400–600 Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5
