When hungry and the food doesn’t get delivered, and on top of that the restaurant seems absolutely unresponsive of the issue one cannot put down kind words smothered in love. I had ordered 2 items from the food factory and only received one. On contacting the restaurant I was told that it was a problem with the delivery agent and on contacting the delivery agent he said he picked up the order what the restaurant provided. So the food vanished somewhere in the middle. Mistakes do happen but there must be some effort from the restaurant’s side to resolve the issue.
