I tried this again at Kandivali. This time i had just the burrata. Mind blowing! Since this is just the delivery kitchen, theres no dine in . So we ordered and had in our car. The chef/person making it inside was kind, took all my request and made how wanted it. Service: Takeaway Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₹800–1,000 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

Visited The Dough Therapy today, and the person at the counter is also the one making the pizza. They took our order and served us the food. We ordered 1 cheese garlic bread, 1 8-inch Margarita pizza with thin crust, 1 8-inch Classico pizza with thin crust, and 1 Coke can. The taste was okay, not bad. After finishing our meal, we asked for the bill. The person mentioned that the bill wouldn’t be printed. Despite insisting, he refused to provide a bill. I questioned how we would know the total amount charged, and he said he would show it on the computer. As suspected, he charged the price of a 12-inch pizza instead of the 8-inch ones we ordered. He claimed the dining area closed at 12 am, so no bill would be given, even though we placed the order before 11:30 pm. I insisted on a takeaway bill, and finally, a bill was printed. Additionally, GST charges were applied to the Coke can. Very disappointed! I wouldn’t recommend this place, as the store conditions are bad with water leaking all over the floor upon entering. The staff also engage in dishonest practices, overcharging even when aware of our order.
