I am extremely disappointed with TheCakeHouse. Yesterday was my birthday, and I bought a Red Velvet cake from here, but it completely ruined the celebration. The cake had no sweetness at all and tasted bitter, almost like karela (bitter gourd). This is not the first time — it’s the second time I’ve had a horrible experience with their cake. On top of that, they didn’t even offer any discount. For the price they charge, I expect at least basic quality and taste.
