I ordered a lotus bisscoff waffle from The Belgian Waffle Co.1. The staff there said the making time will be 9 mins but it took more than 14 mins. 2. The waffle was not hard enough and you can feel the maida in the waffle while chewing. VERY PATHETIC!!
