Dear Manager at the Yogic Belief, i'm writing this review to express my shock and disbelief at this disturbing experience while eating your delivered food on 14th feb 2025. while eating your Appetiser of the Day, i was served the patty that contained a metal object inside. Upon taking a bite, i felt something hard and metallic in my mouth. To my horror, i discovered this sharp metallic piece [picture attached below] embedded in the patty. I am bringing this to your attention because as a customer, i expect a certain level of quality and safety in the food i consume. I request you to take immediate action to 1. investigate this action and take necessary steps to prevent such occurrences in the future. 2. Provide a formal apology and a suitable compensation for the distress and potential harm caused. 3. Ensure your staff is trained to handle such situations with empathy and professionalism. I hope you will take my complaint seriously and take prompt action to rectify the situation. If not, i will be forced to share my experiences with friends and family and online platforms, and if required involve the police. Thank you!
