The walk with a view of Chinese Budhhist Temple is what you can expect after dining at this restaurant. Come to this place and enjoy Vegetarian cuisine. The recipe for success of The Yellow Chilli is its tasty paneer, pilaf and kulcha. A lot of visitors say that waiters offer good kulfi, chocolate sundae and ice cream here. Most likely, you'll come back to this place later to degust great lassi, juice or lemonade.
The terrific staff welcomes people all year round. Fast service is something guests appreciate here. Clients of this spot note that they found prices fair. The beautiful decor and peaceful ambiance let guests feel relaxed here. But people rate this restaurant below average on Google.
1. The captain of the restaurant is so ill mannered that he kept making angry faces at our special request like ‘make it less sweet if possible’ and continued to end his statement with ‘yeh toh aisa hi hota hai’
2. water bottles were so so dirty that my mother felt like puking the entire food out when she saw it. Picture is posted
3. We asked for a HyderAbadi biryani, its mentioned in the menu that its served with with saalan and raita. They only gave us raita with the biryani, having inquired about the saalan the captain got into and argument with us and said that ‘we give only raita with biryani and nothing can be done now’. Then another person (maybe senior in position) came to us and asked us the matter and when we discussed and told him that if saalan is not served then we will not pay the entire amount since you guys are charging us but not providing. He said ‘its your choice, it has been billed so do as u please’
The answers these guys gave clearly showed that they lack hospitality training, which can be ignored if the person is decent and responds to your issues properly.
Problem is not the food but the terrible answers u give to your customers. All we asked for was a good experience.
Certainly did not expect this from yellow chilli
