Who in their right mind is giving this place such high ratings? I genuinely feel that most of the positive reviews are fake! I visited this restaurant with my family to celebrate my birthday. The ambience was dull, the lighting was poor, and there was barely any ventilation—it honestly felt like the AC wasn't working properly. We decided to ignore that and focus on the food. Unfortunately, it only got worse. The gravy of the non-vegetarian dish had a bitter burnt spice flavour, and the biryani was, the worst biryani I've ever had. The service was equally disappointing. The restaurant seemed understaffed, and we had to repeatedly call someone for basic things like cutlery and tissues. Even after we complained about the food, no one seemed interested in listening or resolving the issue. The attitude was simply, "We don't care." To top it all off, the washrooms were dirty and poorly maintained. Thank you for successfully ruining my birthday dinner. I definitely won't be visiting again, and I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone! Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Price per person: ₹1,400–1,600
