Visited with a group of 12+ people. While the ambience was nice and the staff polite, average food but the overall experience was poor. I asked for cold regular water twice and waited over 10 minutes—no one served it. When I raised it with the manager, he bluntly said they don't provide cold water and insisted I buy bottled water. When I declined and simply asked for a couple of ice cubes, he refused that too. For a group giving good business, refusing something as basic as ice cubes is just bad hospitality. Fabulous place. It's a fine dining experience with welcoming and prompt service. The food is fabulous with unique tastes that satisfies you deeply. A great family dining place or you can bring your date. And has been decorated and organised for beautiful pictures as well.
