Ugh, The Yellow Bowl. What a complete disaster! I placed a prepaid order through Swiggy, and when my delivery guy was running late(trust me, I called him FIVE times!), I figured I'd just swing by and grab it myself since I was already running late. You'd think a restaurant would be happy to hand over food that's already been paid for, right? Wrong! The staff at The Yellow Bowl were unbelievably rude. When I explained the situation, showed them my phone and asked if I could just take my order, they flat-out refused! Their excuse? "We won't get paid." Seriously? The order was prepaid! It clearly shows where their priorities are!! They would rather have the customer's order sitting cold!! Sometimes you have to go out of the way to provide service. They forget why they are here!
