A decent place to spend quality time with friends or family, situated in a great location in Kotagiri. The highlight of our stay was the exceptional service and warm hospitality provided by the caretaker, Sathish, who went above and beyond to make our experience pleasant and memorable. For his efforts alone, the property deserves 5 stars. However, the villa and food prices are significantly overpriced, which detracts from the overall experience. Additionally, the booking process with StayVista was unnecessarily cumbersome, involving communication with 3–4 different managers to go over house rules, food menus, and other details. This tedious process made the stay feel more corporate and impersonal, lacking the charm of a traditional local homestay. Overall, while the property is good and well-maintained, it feels overpriced for what it offers, relying heavily on the StayVista brand name. Sathish’s excellent care is the saving grace of this stay. Service: 5

Stayed at The Woodscapes for a night with family on an occasion. We travelled from Bangalore and Kudos to StayVista for their coordination and premium service starting from the booking till our check out. Special notes to the caretaker Sathish and Vinith as they were available on call and all around when needed. Service: 5

Absolutely gorgeous space for friends to stay together upto 11 members. Campfire was arranged by their friendly caretakers and they also cool any dish in a homely manner enough for 11 people
