Walking near Shitila Devi Temple, visit this restaurant. Chinese cuisine provides authentic dishes at Woking Mama. It's time to try nicely cooked fried prawns, chicken soup and fried chicken. Sadly when we visited the place on Saturday Evening we were informed that they may be shutting Down soon, too bad, a great place is gonna close down. first let me say what works best at Woking mama,
The ambiance is great, the decor is modern and stylish and very open, the seating is non cluttered with ample open space and there is some degree of privacy that veterans can enjoy. the lighting is soothing and gives a worm feeling.
When it comes to food we love the quality of materials which we found very fresh (especially the fish and chicken) and the preparations were quite innovative and in good taste. we love the Chicken wings and the fish in mustard sauce a lot. Secondly the Quantity was more than adequate to fill our appetite.
For the Service i would rate them 4.5 only because the staff was not very professional like a fine dine restaurant in SOBO would come to pass, yet we felt welcome each time and the guys were courteous and more human then mechanical, a trait which we found refreshing and homely.
We enjoyed dining here so much so that each time we came to Korum mall we ended up visiting this place, even the staff new us by now.
Off lately they started with the Asian Buffer Spread, which was great since it offered more options each prepared with the same enthusiasm. The starters were served on the table so were hot and fresh while the main course was laid on a table for self service. Hence when we were informed that they are to close, both me any my wife felt really bad as if we were about to loose some one close. After all we did share many wonderful memories at this place with our friends and family.

Nicely lit place with modern interiors and generous space. Although this place is like tribute to Arijit Singh as they only play him.

Even on a weekday with hardly any rush, waiters couldn't serve properly. They r so incompetent that at stage u start feeling bad for them.

It's one of the worst u could ever come across. They serve Asian buffets & trust me u can't even pretend to like it.
To start with they were serving beers whose expiry dates were close hence the offer 1 + 1
Hot & sour soup was bland. Chicken in black bean sauce tasted like melted rubber. Fried rice & noodles contributed even more to my bad experience. Chicken dumplings were definitely not fresh.
But they kept the worst for the last for sure. Their chocolate browny is so bad that they should patent it. It was super heavy, greasy & had some kind of raisin which were dipped in some chemical I guess which gave it a weird stingy punch.
I'm really thankful to god that I survived this torment without any major illness.
Whoever owns this place please take some effort in either replacing all ur cooking staff or shutting down this place.
