The Weekend Wine & More (Garden Galleria) Noida: A Hilarious Tragedy in 3 Acts Act I: The Delusions of Grandeur We, a fearless group of 20 adventurers, booked The Weekend Restaurant (Garden Galleria) Noida for our parents' anniversary bash, expecting a delightful celebration. The manager, a silver-tongued devil, assured us of their vast experience in hosting events, promising a stress-free experience. Oh, the naivety! Act II: The Descent into Culinary Chaos Ashok, the promised event coordinator, vanished like a magician's assistant, leaving us in the clutches of incompetent staff. We were greeted by virgin mojitos and a smattering of appetizers, enough to whet our appetites for disaster. The main course arrived, a symphony of disappointment conducted by the incompetent kitchen staff. The mutton, for which we paid a king's ransom, resembled a pale, undercooked ghost. The Dal Fry brought back haunting memories of hostel days, where water masqueraded as the main ingredient. Even the Butter Chicken, a dish that could raise the dead, succumbed to the icy grip of mediocrity. Our cries for assistance were met with empty promises and the ubiquitous refrain, "It's coming from the kitchen!" We spent more time managing the staff than enjoying the event, a role we were woefully unprepared for. Act III: The Spoonful of Misery that Broke the Camel's Back Dessert arrived, a meager offering fit for a doll's house tea party. A single scoop of vanilla ice cream, the culinary equivalent of a white flag, signaled the final surrender to mediocrity. The Weekend Restaurant, despite its impressive staff count, proved incapable of handling a mere 20 guests on a slow day. Their incompetence was a comedic spectacle, but the laughter died on our lips as we contemplated the exorbitant bill and the ruined anniversary celebration. In conclusion, if you value your sanity and your taste buds, stay far, far away from The Weekend Restaurant (Garden Galleria) Noida. And if you do find yourself there, remember: bring your own food, your own entertainment, and a healthy dose of humor. You'll need it. P.S. I wouldn't recommend them for large groups unless you're planning a Hunger Games-themed event. Service: Dine in Meal type: Brunch Price per person: ₹1,400–1,600 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3
