Food is decent. In fact, the jhol momos were done well and the quantity was sufficient. However, the service at the restaurant was not just unsatisfactory, but quite poor. The staff was not particularly attentive and had very little idea about the food and condiments that are generally available at places serving Himalayan food. Despite categorically asking for suggestions, the staff didn't seem forthcoming. The restaurant seems cramped and seating is uncomfortable. For the kind of prices they are charging, the place is underwhelming.

If you’re craving authentic flavors from the hills, Taste of Sikkim is an absolute gem! This place offers the best of Sikkimese cuisine, along with delicious Nepali dishes and flavorful Chinese options that hit the spot every time. The Sikkim food here is genuinely impressive—every bite tastes like it’s made with love and tradition. The momos are juicy and perfectly spiced, and the thukpa is rich, hearty, and incredibly comforting. Their Nepali dishes are equally delightful—try the sel roti with aloo tarkari or the gundruk ko jhol; you won’t be disappointed. Their Chinese offerings are far from your usual greasy takeaway—fresh ingredients, well-balanced sauces, and just the right amount of heat. Highly recommended for anyone who wants a taste of the Northeast and beyond. Great ambiance, friendly staff, and prices that won’t break the bank. Definitely going back for more.
