A quaint little surprise awaited us in the form of a waffle franchise pop-up across from Nageswaraswami Koil- The Waffle Spot! Lived the hospitality and warmth extended by Mr. Sathya and Mr. Abdul Hackim at this shop. Mr. Hackim suggested a fan-favourite- the Lotus Biscoff spread and Mr. Sathya was so kind to make it special with immense attention to detail while layering the sauces - milk, dark and white chocolate sauces inside the waffle to create a wholesome dining experience. The duo also made pleasant conversation, reminiscing about the OG- Banana Crepe/cake that could've been the brainchild of Indian waffles and its subsidiaries.
