I recently ordered a takeaway of Nutella mini pancakes and a silky milkshake from this cafe. While waiting for my order, I decided to take a short walk near the cafe. Unfortunately, it took them an unnecessary 30 minutes to prepare my order, despite only one table being occupied inside. What was most frustrating was the lack of prioritization for in-person customers. Instead of focusing on my order, they seemed more concerned with fulfilling Swiggy and Zomato deliveries. The staff only started preparing my items when I stood in front of them to check on the status. To make matters worse, the milkshake was hastily prepared. I had specifically asked for it to be slightly cold, but they served it at their usual temperature, which made it feel pretty ordinary in both taste and texture. On the bright side, the Nutella mini pancakes were delicious as always, living up to their usual high standard. While the food quality has its merits, the service was disappointing. This cafe really needs to value a customer's time and work on preparing orders in sequence to ensure a better overall experience.
