I recently ordered a waffle from The Waffle Co., expecting a delicious, crisp treat. Unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. The waffle I received was soggy and lacked any of the expected crispness. It was a huge letdown.Additionally, the waffle fell apart into pieces as I tried to eat it, which was incredibly frustrating and messy. This is not what I expect from a place that claims to specialized in waffles. Overall, the quality was seriously lacking. I won't be ordering from The Waffle Co. again unless they make significant improvements to their preparation and quality control.
