Room service not good even not satisfied the customer problem, one problem tell to reception after checkin hotel 15 mins but that problem not resolve till the check out. Shiva is in restruent he provide good service Service: 5

Very very poor and worst experience I had in my lifetime. Actually I booked this hotel from their website and the way presented their rooms and overall hotel was totally opposite to the finest part at showed by them. I had booked Executive category but at the time of check-in when I moved towards my rooms the experience was so so terrible. The corridor was like similar to some kind of rural situated Dharamshala. Food was spit over the floor. When we entered the room , floor of the room , furniture, bed , galleries everywhere was dusty dusty and we experienced a horrible situation with bad smell. Then the front office staff told me to shift to the other room but same was the situation with those rooms also. So I recommend all make sure you firstly had a physical inspection before booking it. The area was also so backward and the property is almost situated next to Farm fields It was like a bad and horrible nightmare Service: 1
