I called a couple of days ago to make reservations for Verandah Cafe, and the guy at the reception informed me that they don't accept reservations, it's only walk-ins. However, upon arriving at the gate, we were turned away because apparently, they don't accept anyone without reservations. When we called again to clarify, a different person, a lady this time, reiterated the same policy. Only after I mentioned that I was already at the gate and being denied entry did she bother to mention that they were at capacity and only serving in-house guests. Why wasn't this mentioned earlier? Absolutely unacceptable! We were left stranded, and this level of incompetence is shocking, especially from a reputed hotel chain. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
