Visited hotel Varun in guna ....kindly don't play with people's health...most of the people maybe using your products available in rooms...and they are expired from last 4 months....i doubt you guys even wants to change them or not...I asked for a change but you never did......I am never visiting hotel Varun again...because of such bad service and your lack of empathy towards customers... someone might get skin issues because of your expired products.... Kindly change them.... If anyone visiting here...kindly check everything before taking rooms...they are using expired things... Service: 1

Dear Sir/Ma’am, Thank you for bringing this to our notice. The date mentioned on the dispenser refers to the manufacturing batch of the dispenser unit, not the product currently inside it. The body wash inside the dispenser is refilled regularly with fresh stock as part of our housekeeping procedure.
