While we are travelling from Ongole to tirupathy by vandebharat express, we ordered food online fron vanam multicusine restaurant to be delivered at Nellore railway station......which was not delivered...and when we try to talk with them on phone, they are not ready to take booking Id or our complaintand they cut off the call.....very irresponsible staff.....how could one be such irresponsible regarding food n hunger.....to hell with this restaurant
