I visited twice and stayed for 2–3 days each time. Unfortunately, the AC and TV were not working during both visits. While the staff is polite, the overall service is quite poor. Service: 2

I visited for two days here. Quite good experience. Happy with the room sizes and quality in Mumbai specifically. Just I find the room service a bit slow. But Rest is All Ok.

Very bad and dirty room. Also the deck girl demanded 800(without recipt) for 2 hrs early check in. As we said will wait we were allocated the worst room with smell Service: 1
