Check-in was fine, but there was still no water bottle in the room, and the room didn’t look clean. The bathroom and towels were also not up to the mark. At the time of check-out, they made me wait even though I hadn’t ordered anything from room service. For such a good property, this shouldn’t happen . I feel the standards should be a bit higher.

Good experience overall, but hotel room was noisy and staff were not very experienced. But the hotel is still decent value for money in Mumbai if you want a budget stay. Not somewhere i would bring family, but its suitable for a solo stay.

I had an excellent stay at Super Townhouse Khar The Unicontinental in Mumbai. The hotel is well-located, close to public transport. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with a great view of the city. Pleasant stay, I recommend! Service: 5
