We visited here yesterday (23-Jul-2025) and were shocked to see how the quality of this restaurant has degraded now. The floor of the seating area was muddy (unclean from the rain water footprints all over the place), and there was a bad odour inside the restaurant. We saw flies and cockroaches all over the place, and simply decided to leave as soon as we noticed a huge rat strolling through the seating area. It made us wonder if proper hygiene is being maintained in the kitchen at all. Since they insisted at first that our soup order cannot be canceled once ordered, we had even decided to pay off the bill without eating. But then, they canceled the order without charging. Overall, a horrible experience in this restaurant this time. We have been here before, but the quality has degraded to the lowest level now.

I ordered the Biryani for my old age mom dad, they prefer light biryani and fresh without any artificial essence, that requirement perfectly matches with the Biryani of Madhulika.
