absolutely lousy service. we went at 1445 hours on a Sunday. had to wait 30 mts for a watered down negroni and an undercooked malai chicken. A waiter comes smiling and tries to cover up for an absent bar tender. don't keep the place open if you are not ready to serve

I went to the Underground Bar a couple of times on a recent visit to Coimbatore. If the app allowed 6 stars, I would happily ask for 7. I can’t fault the atmosphere or the drinks at all. But mostly I want to call out the staff, who were as professional as any 5-star hotel. Attentive, knowledgeable, courteous, fun, and immaculately turned out. And that’s across the board from the manager down. I know this is a Friday/Saturday night spot, but go during the day, too, it’s relaxed, welcoming, super fast, and more than worth the money.
