I went to the Underground Bar a couple of times on a recent visit to Coimbatore. If the app allowed 6 stars, I would happily ask for 7. I can’t fault the atmosphere or the drinks at all. But mostly I want to call out the staff, who were as professional as any 5-star hotel. Attentive, knowledgeable, courteous, fun, and immaculately turned out. And that’s across the board from the manager down. I know this is a Friday/Saturday night spot, but go during the day, too, it’s relaxed, welcoming, super fast, and more than worth the money. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Price per person: ₹1,800–2,000
