Sound was extremely loud, went to request 3 times, staff was not rude but they didnt listen at all. Not good especially for kids, may damage the hearing ability. They should be considerate, to check quality of sound i am sure they should have sound engineer at least. Real bad experience although the movie was good, none of my family members enjoyed
