One of the worst resturant I have come across in Malbazar area. The manager (who is an old man) was very rude to me in his behaviour. He said that he will not issue any bill for payment of the food. That shows they are copromising with food quality. He further told me that they don't issue any bill to the their customers, max to max he said that he can give me a hand written bill in a paper. I wonder how he is running a food business wothout issuing the proper bill. Seems like they are running the business without FSSAI licence. Moreover, I see an under age boy who came to me to take the order. This is a serious offense as per I understand to use a minor age child for such work. Better to avoid such restaurant. Horrible experience...All dishes ordered were tasteless... We ordered chicken chowmein which was rotten.. On complaining about the rotten dish they didn't even bother or accept their fault... Instead the manager said that if you dnt want to have it we will serve it to other customer. This means that serve leftover food by customers to other customer . Cutlery was of poor condition. They can't even provide an extra plate when being asked. Full bill was paid without any compensation. Totally waste of money. I Request people not visit here to save money and most important is your health

If you guy's can't make dosa why do you add it in your menu...no literally, it was more like masala kulcha with stuffed alu chokha.....Only the sambar was good...still it was ready to eat thing...Come on guys...get a life..improve the quality..the dosa tasted atta atta.. Also I ordered Veg chowmein..It reminded me the early days school tiffin (Maggie )..with a lot of salt... The first time I had something from The Time Lap was Good..the quality kept on decreasing...till today you guys gave me this disaster... Nothing to say more. Anyways thank you The Time Lap..
