Clients don't highly appreciate chicken and coffee at this restaurant. A lot of visitors find that the staff is efficient here. Most reviewers say that the service is nice. Homey decor helps the clients relax. As guests' comments display, sometimes the atmosphere at The Time Lap can be dull. This place is not highly appreciated by Google users who provided it a below average rating.

One of the worst resturant I have come across in Malbazar area. The manager (who is an old man) was very rude to me in his behaviour. He said that he will not issue any bill for payment of the food. That shows they are copromising with food quality. He further told me that they don't issue any bill to the their customers, max to max he said that he can give me a hand written bill in a paper. I wonder how he is running a food business wothout issuing the proper bill. Seems like they are running the business without FSSAI licence. Moreover, I see an under age boy who came to me to take the order. This is a serious offense as per I understand to use a minor age child for such work. Better to avoid such restaurant. Horrible experience...All dishes ordered were tasteless... We ordered chicken chowmein which was rotten.. On complaining about the rotten dish they didn't even bother or accept their fault... Instead the manager said that if you dnt want to have it we will serve it to other customer. This means that serve leftover food by customers to other customer . Cutlery was of poor condition. They can't even provide an extra plate when being asked. Full bill was paid without any compensation. Totally waste of money. I Request people not visit here to save money and most important is your health

Worst experience...I went with my girlfriend yesterday (25-5-2024) & the restaurant staff were so rude and annoying and the moment we entered the restaurant and think of placing orders they just switched off the AC in this hot humid weather and inspite of being told to ON the AC they didn't cared and continuously ignored us and as a result for our self respect we came out of restaurant without having even a glass of water but they didn't pay any attention towards customer service. I have been knowing that customers are the king but I recommend when you come to visit here be sure you can be treated as a slave too and there priority is to save electricity without caring about customer need. So my overall personal experience is pathetic and I would recommend others not to spend your wise hard earned money to such cafe/ restaurant by losing your self respect and in future I ii not visit such places again and not recommend others too. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
