Had ordered schezwan chicken rice combo from Tiffin factory Ponda. When you claim that the food is prepared fresh, it should be hot enough or no matter what you cook when someone orders they should received hot cooked meal. However when I received my order the food was not even warm. The rice was kind of uncooked, and the gravy barely had any chicken pieces in it. Overall a very bad experience. This was my 2nd time ordering from here. Never ordering again. Waste of money.
