The Throttle Cafe in Guwahati is one of the most unique and vibe-filled spots in the city. The motorbike-themed setup instantly grabs your attention—it's perfect for bike lovers and anyone who enjoys a creative, chill ambiance. I have tasted their Chicken dumplings, and Thai Basil Fried rice, and both were on point—well-made, tasty, and satisfying. The portion sizes were decent, and prices were fair. What stood out to me was the service—friendly staff and quick response time. It's a great place to hang out with friends or spend some solo time. Definitely a must-visit cafe if you're in Guwahati!
