I had ordered for 8 shakes from this shop... And 2 glasses of milkshakes were broken and I have attached one of them in the picture... We spend close to 300 rupees for a milkshake and to get such broken things in return is disgusting... Also the delivery person said that there are no bags issued for thick shakes... What is this illogical point of not giving bags for shakes? Also, none of the 8 shakes had their name written on it... Stupidity at its absolute best... Suppose we order 50 shakes, do you expect the customer to open each of them and guess what flavour it could be? But the name "The ThickShake Factory" is mentioned in every shake... Don't we know that it comes from your shop? Mentioning the name of the flavor in each shake is mandatory and a basic one... Wonder how you run the show without knowing this simple thing... Pathetic and absurd way of packaging and delivering...
