I haven't seen a more pathetic liquor shop ever, If you are looking to buy liquor from this shop then think twice again. Really I'll mannered and rude staff in short Badtameez, especially the staff at the billing counter. I have already bought imported liquor twice from here before and i went again this time to buy, i had already two bottles in my cart and was asking the prices for some more brands, but the guy at the billing counter was addressing me as TU ! And was talking to me likewise, so when I returned the same language to him he got even more furious! I felt its better to leave right away, i left all the bottles there and left immediately, they behave as if they are giving it to you for free !! Learn some customer service for God sake. Moreover if you're leaving without buying, they will check your bags if you've stolen anything. This was further ridiculous ! I wish I could complain to the haryana excise. They very well justify their store name "The Theka" where only such people would come who can speak in their style, this store is the best example that they don't care about customers. Hence I just left and went to gtown from there which is way Better in terms of buying experience ! So if you can't tolerate disrespect and I'll mannered behaviour then avoid this shop at all costs its not at all a place for sophisticated customers.
