I visited on 14-Oct-2025 and ordered a ghee roast. Despite the restaurant being only about 10% occupied, the service was extremely slow. I waited a long time for extra sambar, and a tea which never arrived, and eventually had to cancel it. Most of the staff seemed engaged in casual conversations or using their mobile phones. Running a restaurant isn’t easy, and more attention should be given to customers, especially as many people from HiLITE Business Park come in during their busy work schedules. It was a truly disappointing experience. When I asked about the delay, they mentioned the staff were new. Regardless, I feel the entire team needs much more training.
