Food was good, but the behaviour was downright pathetic. On a weekday, the staff literally came to our table and told us to get up and leave because “people were waiting.” We had ordered food, we simply asked for five minutes, and they still couldn’t be bothered. Only after we complained did they offer to move us, which they should’ve done from the start. The whole thing felt insulting, poorly handled, and honestly quite ridiculous.

went to this place for the first time. ordered some food which was the biggest mistake as we were pure veg and we had mentioned it while ordering. we ordered veg pasta and we were served prawns pasta. upon complaining the manager took the plate and never returned. we called the waiter again the manager came smiled and said sorry which he didn't meant it. he changed the dish and when the final bill came the amount was still added in the bill. no courtesy whatsoever. this tells us how serious they're for the customers. vegetarian customers should avoidnever coming back!!

If there will be an option for negative ratings i would have done that. I had one of the worst experiences at The Terrace, Juhu. I had made a reservation in advance for a date night, but the moment we arrived, the staff particularly someone named Manas was extremely rude and arrogant. Despite having a confirmed reservation, he bluntly refused to offer us a proper table and instead forced us to sit at an uncomfortable high table, with zero courtesy or willingness to help. What really pissed me off was that while we were being sidelined, other walk-in guests were being offered regular tables with no issue. When asked, the staff casually said they too had reservations. So then what was ours? Just for namesake? The blatant bias, unprofessionalism, and arrogance in their behavior were appalling. On top of that, we had booked via Swiggy Dineout, and when I asked if we could pay using it, they flat-out denied accepting it without any explanation. If they don’t accept Dineout, then why the hell are they listed on the platform? It honestly felt like we weren’t welcome there from the start. We walked out without spending more than a few minutes because the whole vibe was off and we were being treated like we didn’t matter. Complete waste of time, money, and energy. Absolutely NOT recommended. If you’re thinking of visiting for a special evening, don’t bother, you’ll only be disappointed.
