Pathetic Service.Our order was served after 40 mins.It was tasteless and cold.When we complained to them and told them that we would give a negative review.The manager is a complimentary brownie, so we don't give a negative review.

If there will be an option for negative ratings i would have done that. I had one of the worst experiences at The Terrace, Juhu. I had made a reservation in advance for a date night, but the moment we arrived, the staff particularly someone named Manas was extremely rude and arrogant. Despite having a confirmed reservation, he bluntly refused to offer us a proper table and instead forced us to sit at an uncomfortable high table, with zero courtesy or willingness to help. What really pissed me off was that while we were being sidelined, other walk-in guests were being offered regular tables with no issue. When asked, the staff casually said they too had reservations. So then what was ours? Just for namesake? The blatant bias, unprofessionalism, and arrogance in their behavior were appalling. On top of that, we had booked via Swiggy Dineout, and when I asked if we could pay using it, they flat-out denied accepting it without any explanation. If they don’t accept Dineout, then why the hell are they listed on the platform? It honestly felt like we weren’t welcome there from the start. We walked out without spending more than a few minutes because the whole vibe was off and we were being treated like we didn’t matter. Complete waste of time, money, and energy. Absolutely NOT recommended. If you’re thinking of visiting for a special evening, don’t bother, you’ll only be disappointed.
