Denied Basic Hospitality – No Drinking Water Provided Date 05/10/2025 Time 3 to 4 PM I recently visited this hotel and was shocked to learn that they refused to provide even basic drinking water to guests. Every hotel or restaurant is required to provide free potable (drinking) water on request, as it is part of basic hospitality service. Under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, ensuring essential needs like drinking water is not just expected but mandatory. Denying such a basic necessity reflects poorly on the management and overall service quality. I hope the concerned authorities take note and ensure that such violations do not happen again. Guests deserve respect and basic care when they visit any hospitality establishment. Meal type: Brunch Price per person: ₹600–800
