The Sunway Manor is well known for its great service and friendly staff, that is always ready to help you. Prices are found attractive here. You will appreciate the nice decor and enjoyable ambiance of this place. Based on the guests' feedback on Google, this spot deserved 4.2.

Best Stay at Pondicherry. Rooms were clean & neat plus well maintained environment and Service persons are so kind. Due to heavy traffic near this place I could'nt Enjoy the travel here. I'm from Bengaluru, I have stayed in many hotels. this one in Pondicherry is awesome. Service: 5

The Sunway Manor was one of the best find and now we have a go to place. Rooms were neat clean and well-maintained. All the staff right from the gate-keeper to the reception desk to the restaurant to the house-keeping were kind and courteous with a pleasing smile. It seemed like a place well maintained with sheer humane efforts of the entire team. Kudos to the management! Breakfast spread was vast having many dishes on the menu. The location was central about 10 mins drive from the Rock beach. We planned only a days stay but we were so happy spending time there that we extended our stay only to return back happy and satisfied :) Service: 5
