I recently stayed at Hotel Sunway Manor and was genuinely impressed by the experience. While the property is slightly older, the rooms are spacious, clean, and well-maintained, ensuring a comfortable stay. What truly sets this hotel apart is its exceptional staff. Every team member I interacted with was polite, professional, and understanding. However, I must give special mention to the restaurant staff—they are simply outstanding. Having stayed in several 5-star and even 7-star hotels in the past, I can confidently say that the service provided at Sunway Manor's restaurant is on an entirely different level. The staff truly understand the essence of hospitality and go above and beyond to make guests feel valued and cared for. Even though I may not be inclined to revisit Puducherry in the near future, I would return just to stay at this hotel again. The service and comfort provided here are genuinely unforgettable. Highly recommended!

I recently stayed at The Sunway Manor Hotel for four days, and everything exceeded my expectations. The check-in and check-out process was smooth, and the staff were very polite and welcoming. The valet parking service was excellent, with an option for car cleaning at a small cost by the driver on last day of my stay. My kid really enjoyed the swimming pool, which was very clean and well-maintained. While the room size was decent, I did expect a bit more space (acceptable at price range). However, the complimentary breakfast more than made up for it—it was delicious and is a must-try with multiple options. Room hygiene was good, and the hotel's location was convenient, with every beach being just a 10-15 minute drive away. A highlight of my stay was the DU Pavilion Bar, which had a beautiful garden-front view—perfect for relaxing. Overall, I left Pondicherry filled with wonderful memories, thanks to this hotel!
