We had a delightful dining experience at The Sunset Terrace, located within the beautiful Taj Fateh Prakash Palace. What We Ordered We tried the Pad Thai Noodles, Paneer preparation, and Kulcha—an interesting blend of Indian and Asian flavors. Each dish was thoughtfully presented and lived up to the high expectations one has from a Taj property. Portion Size The portion sizes were generous yet well-balanced—perfect for sharing without any wastage. Every plate felt fulfilling, with just the right amount to enjoy a complete meal. Taste & Quality The Pad Thai had authentic flavors with a mild twist, well-suited to an Indian palate. The Paneer was soft and rich, cooked to perfection with robust spices, and paired excellently with the Kulcha, which was fluffy and fresh from the tandoor. The quality of ingredients and preparation clearly reflected Taj’s high standards. Service & Hospitality Special appreciation for Nawal, our server for the evening. He was attentive, courteous, and ensured that our dining experience was seamless. From checking on our preferences to offering timely suggestions, his service was top-notch.
