Pathetic service. No synchronised setup of waiter and chefs. waiter blaming chef and chef in turn shouting at waiters. Food was good but service make it pathetic

The shittiest experience of any 5-star I’ve ever been to. The cheapest roadside restaurant will be better. 1) we had to wait and ask for plates, cutlery and napkins; 2) service was too slow; 3) I had a piece of plastic in my soup; 4) the servers were so untrained that he first dropped lemonade on my mother and then sugar syrup on my dress; 5) the prawn dish had gravy with the potatoes the first time, but the second time we ordered the whole gravy is missing! It was a terrible experience and definitely not worth the money you pay at the so called star hotels!
