Food was good. They did not allow me to visit the beach through their internal entrance. Forced to walk from outside the hotel. Allowed only for guests with room which I found absurd and discriminatory. I was with family for paid breakfast for an hour and probably would have paid more than guests with rooms. The point is they should make arrangements for every guests. Never faced such issues in Accor hotels outside India.

We had a great experience at Square, Novotel. The food was delicious with excellent quality and variety. The service was outstanding, and a special thanks to Sakshi for being so attentive and helpful. Highly recommended for both great food and warm hospitality.
