The dinner buffet was atrocious. Most dishes were left nearly empty with old, dried-up sabzi and curries, and nobody bothered to replace them. Staff tried making three items fresh after we complained, but it took almost 40 minutes — unacceptable for a 5-star hotel. Even after a 15% discount, we still paid over ₹6,000 for two people. The food was poor, the value worse, and overall, it was not what is expected at Novotel.
