I am writing to express my serious concern regarding the handling of my complaint related to incorrect billing at your hotel restaurant. I had already submitted a copy of the bill to your team as requested. I have now been informed that the bill copy has been misplaced by the hotel. This is extremely disappointing and reflects a clear lack of internal coordination and negligence. Despite submitting the required documents and following up consistently, the issue has remained unresolved for over three months. I have repeatedly been informed that the matter is with the finance department, and now the loss of the submitted bill has further delayed resolution. This situation is entirely beyond my control and should not prejudice my right to a refund. The incorrect billing, prolonged delay, and misplacement of documents together constitute deficiency in service and are not in line with Accor’s guest service standards. In view of the above, I once again request immediate resolution of this matter through a full waiver/refund of the restaurant bill, without asking me to resubmit documents already provided.
