To order perfectly cooked pork is a really good idea. The staff is energetic that's what makes this bar so nice. Professional service is something visitors like here. There is lovely atmosphere at The Bar - Novotel Kochi Infopark, as clients find it. As for the Google rating, this place received 4.1.

They charged me 2 separate bills for the food and alcohol. Only the food bill had a 50% off. And when I confronted the Manager regarding why he didn’t inform me pre hand he said that it was my responsibility to ask him about the hotel policyI found this practice highly unethical because I visited the place only because of their 50% discount and if I knew that they would charge me a bill for 2 different restaurants, I wouldn’t have visited. Please stop duping customers by adding a bar menu on Zomato when clearly you do not serve alcohol from the same restaurant Really Pathetic Experience for brand like Novotel!!!!!

Excellent atmosphere. I had buffet lunch with my team on 23-Oct-2024, food was pathetic and had to talk with management to get a minimum standard varieties from this giant hotel, was not expecting this there. Good staffs. Price per person: ₹1,400–1,600 Food: 2 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5
