They charged me 2 separate bills for the food and alcohol. Only the food bill had a 50% off. And when I confronted the Manager regarding why he didn’t inform me pre hand he said that it was my responsibility to ask him about the hotel policyI found this practice highly unethical because I visited the place only because of their 50% discount and if I knew that they would charge me a bill for 2 different restaurants, I wouldn’t have visited. Please stop duping customers by adding a bar menu on Zomato when clearly you do not serve alcohol from the same restaurant Really Pathetic Experience for brand like Novotel!!!!!
