Come to this bar to have a meal if you are hungry after gazing at Bellandur Lake. All the guests adore the menu that offers great Italian and Japanese cuisines at the Square. This place may please you with nicely cooked fried fish, Italian salads and Italian pasta. Tasty gelato, pancakes and cheesecakes have an appetizing taste. Order the good cordial, wine or beer offered here. This spot offers you to try delicious tea, fruit juice or coffee.
You can enjoy live music in the evening. The appealing staff welcomes visitors all year round. Affordable prices are something that should be noted about this bar. The nice decor and lovely ambiance let clients feel relaxed here.

There are multiple issues. To summarise in one sentence - they basically don't care whether you enjoy the experience or not. Let's break it down into distinct areas.1. Menu: The QR code based menu is least user friendly. There is no way you can explore it properly. You have to almost know what you are looking for in order to order that item. The person who is taking the order would not be able to guide you much 2. Buffet vs A-La-Carte: The people who are serving would gently nudge you to go for a buffet. It's a hassle for them if you decide on A-La-Carte. I guess they make much higher margins in the buffet.3. The food served is quite average. In one item we also found that in every bite of some pieces of the chicken there is sand or charcoal type dust that we are chewing in every bite, almost like what you get in a road side dhaba.4. They forget to serve some items even after you remind them repeatedly. One of our drinks came along with the final bill.5. No one checks whether you are liking the food or not. If you try to call them, sometimes they would even give the impression that they would like to avoid coming near you.6. They may serve the food on your plate once at the beginning. After that they would forget about you and you are on your own.7. Whatever you request, they may take their own sweet time and some more time even after that.

Recently visited The Square at the Novotel Hotel and had an unfortunate experience. The service was poor; the staff seemed uninterested and slow to attend to customers. The food I received was cold and tasted bland, making it very unappetizing. To make things worse, the drinking water served was not clean. Based on my experience, I don't think The Square offers good value for the money spent, and I wouldn’t recommend visiting.
