The Sprout is located in a quiet corner of Auroville, definitely worth the ride: The vegetarian food is beautifully presented and very tasty, and the service is professional and friendly. The coffee is up to the mark, and the non-alcoholic beer is a must try. If you're visiting Auroville, this cafe should be on your list! The Sprout deserves the 5 stars. Amazing must visit place in auroville open 7 am to 4 pm ; organic fresh beautifully crafted menu; different on each day. Monica the owner , her sister and husband make the team, and the kind smiling well trained staff are lovely to talk to. Ingredients sourced from local farms / and some. Hydroponically grown. Wonderful owners & staff and I can say it is the best service in Auroville. Pleasant space, the food is delicious. The coffee hits the right spot Just the right atmosphere to have a cup of coffee, jot down notes, contemplate & reflect. Peaceful and Prompt. It's my favourite go-to place in Auroville.
