Idli was hard. Definitely must be cooked by a non South Indian chef Sambhar was not at all South Indian tasting Poori was good Sagu was exceptionally perfect The server and waiter didn’t even bother to ask us for anything else. Our visit to The Spice Rack was an okay-ish experience. Ambience looks good. Food tastes super good. 5/5 for the taste and quality. But the service was bad. One small complaint, the waiter was never to be seen again. It was too hot and we asked for AC to which the waiter responds there was some fluctuation issue and we were okay with it. But later we found out everything was fine and another waiter turned on AC looking at our plight. Over all experience was okay.
